Scope of Work (SOW):
• This is a Credit Code; hence, no amount is to be collected from employees.
• For Annual Health Checkups, onsite camps will be organized for blood sample collection, while employees will visit our Wellness Centres for remaining non-pathology investigations/tests.
• For Pre-Employment Health Checkups, new joinees will visit our Wellness Centres, and fitness certificates will be issued by our stationed doctors based on medical evaluation.
• In case of Annual Health Checkups, both soft and hard copies of medical reports will be shared with employees as well as the HR team.
• In case of Pre-Employment Health Checkups, soft and hard copies of reports will be shared only with the HR team and not with the new joinees.
